    I had a warranty issue and dealt with a gentleman named Rodney, absolute pleasure to deal with and my issue was sorted within a week. The kind of service you would expect from a company like Shimano. They will continue to be my brand of choice for fishing gear.

    Purchased shimano nasci reel 4000 from anaconda, opened up the box and reel was a bit noisy, in stead of going back to anaconda I decided to send it to shimano my self so I didn’t have to wait to get a reply through anaconda, posted it from Melbourne to shimano nsw shimano received it on a Thursday afternoon and I had it back by Monday morning and the problem was fixed and thanks guys at shimano great service

    I had completely different experience to previous reviewer. My Stradic Ci4 jammed after two years. Posted it in and it was serviced under warranty and returned all within 4 business days. Outstanding. Thanks Shimano.

    just service this reel here and check it and found out there still alot of sand around it. now makes me wonder if they really do open this reels.. i went back and spoke to the manager (which who doesnt really give a f) and just ask the technician to blow it all out! is this how it it supposed to be service? check and zoom on the photos and you'll see.. advice you guys not to bother on service in this place
