Not sure if these guys have general liability insurance. Called the office and the receptionist had no idea. It’s a pretty standard question. Makes me think they don’t.
We had the worst experience! Mark would always show up to court late and was very unorganized. Could never remember what was agreed on and it felt like he was fighting for the other side. Mark way over charged for services like phone consultations that we already had but had to pay for another repeating the same information from the first. Spent waaay to much money for what we got and they are still trying to send us bills for extra stuff that they say they did but have no clue what it's for. Find another attorney, you will thank me late
I was referred to Mark Tseselsky by an attorney friend. In the midst of my crisis case. Mark was there for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest and treated me with respect and understanding. Not only was my case resolved and his hourly billing was more than fair. He also went above and beyond to provide me with helpful tips. He made sure I was informed of all matters and made excellent suggestions in dealing with my case. I hope I don't have to retain a family lawyer again, but , if I do, it will be Mark Tseselsky.
Mark Tseselsky served family court documents infront of my 8 and 4 year old. This was done after i emailed him times and days I can be served as well as after he send email saying that he didn't want to do that as its not good 4 kids. If you need attorney who just doesn't care about kids its just a case this is a special attorney. Wish i could go negative here doesn't deserve this 1 star
In response to Mark Tseselsky's comments, he is very good about promising to be respectful of all parties and the family involved. He will tell you this over and over again to his credit. However, in practice this couldn't be further from the truth, and in our case, both me and my spouse agreed. Anyone willing to send me a message is welcome to the details, in full, about this guy.
