Michelle is amazing. She is responsive, kind, honest, and just a wonderful person. We met her a few years ago when we thought about looking for a home, but decided to hold off on it until we were truly ready. This year with our family expanding we knew it was time to look for a home, and we just knew to go with Michelle. She left a mark with us the first time so we decided to go with her this time again! It is a buyer's market, and with houses selling quickly, she didn't want us to feel rushed. She made sure that the home we chose was the one we really wanted for our family. Wow I really do not know where to start, Michelle was incredible! I have dealt with so many realtors and leasing agents in my past but Michelle was by far the very best. I only had two weeks to find a place and she did it in one week. She made sure I understood the entire process of leasing a property. She gave me great advice on how to prepare my application package to potential Land Lords so they have all the information about me instead of just numbers on a credit report. She advised me on how important a cover letter is and I was able to get approved for a perfect Condo for me and my daughter because of that cover letter. She said it was optional but it really did work for me big time because I had some credit challenges that needed an explanation. I'm so happy to have her as my preferred Realtor!

Michelle was such a great and friendly realtor. My family and I were first time home buyers and since my very first call with Michelle she was nothing but supportive to ensure we were approved for our first home loan! We had some credit repair that needed to be completed before we could begin the approval process and Michelle introduced me to Jason Gill. Jason was absolutely phenomenal and so detailed with his help. Jason was extremely pivotal to me as I was trying to understand how much home my family and I could afford, along with what we could qualify for. Once we finalized on our home Jason and Michele were welcoming to all questions we had regarding all of the documentation, costs and agreements we received before closing.
