    I think this is a little better than other places. West sacramento is getting better after all the fallout from the shutdowns and mask mandates. I believe this place is worth four stars for what it is.

    I love this park, I come here to visit my friend and I feel good about driving thru here it looks so nice and maintained. Not to forget to mention management are so nice and I appreciate them... Not a lot of management are pleasant these days.. so great job Barbara and Ray keep it up..

    Managers are rude and don't respect there tenants privacy this place is a horrible place unless you like living in fear of what thing the manger is going to write you up or evict or how much they are going to charge you for your utilities every month is different some time by hundreds of dollars nobody says anything about it so management gets away with it, you can rent a house for the same if not less for what they will charge you here! Don't do it!

    Not a bad place to visit, the meter reader is cute, but doesn't seem to be very friendly.
