My children had tons of fun, they loved their time at drop zone. My only point of concern was that my child was sent there with a UV protective shirt, he was there with a friend and their parent. The park attendant told my child to take his shirt off. He is a child so he complied with their demand, the friend’s parent applied sunscreen several times. My child came home with a severe sunburn. This is disconcerting to me because in several pictures from the park, I observed the life guard and many adult male park goers had shirts on. Please thoroughly reconsider your policy regarding children and their protective attire. In closing, your park is awesome but please change your policy for children and UV protective equipment. I hope you folks have a wonderful day.
This park has a lot of amenities for both kids and adults. Also, their water slides and other amenities are great for amateurs and professionals alike. I like that they have annual passes that are affordable. When I went there I counted no more than 50 or so kids who were really excited. Note that, this park is really spacious with a huge car park. Try it out and you'll love it.
Fun place for the kids to swim and learn how to swim. Lots of seats even when you come late on some days and the food is not bad. I recommend that if you have a family of 4 you get the $35 deal which is 4 burgers 4 fries and 4 drinks. It's the same for the chicken as well. Also slide is not open but the pool with the surf board is open.
I've gotten season passes for this place every since they open....They had A-line for season pass holders so we didn't have the wait in line... my most recent visit We bought 4 hamburger specials Which came up to $35 they gave us they gave us our drinks before the burgers were done and the ice was melted by the time the burgers were done the bread Is on the burgers was stale The lines were so long and the kids wanted to get back in the water I literally just lost My money it was horrible .... to make kids working not they need adult management/ supervision
We had a nice experience but there were a few things that need attention. We arrived right at opening, we had no idea what was taking so long to get everyone in, but we were standing in line for about 30 minutes before we walked in. Check in is really slow. We headed to the lazy river first. There were lots of dead bugs including bees, wasps, flies and water roaches floating around. You would think it would be clean especially right after opening. And if you even just stop for a second in the river for your family to catch up to you they blow their whistle and yell at you to keep moving. Hardly any shaded lounge areas, besides the cabana rentals($80). A "cooler" fee($20) for any outside food, snacks or beverage. I thought they might give out an actual mini cooler to hold your food items, that would make sense for a fee. But it is literally just $20 to bring in snacks. The larger slides were broken so we were not able to enjoy those. However Ticket prices stayed the same.
