Alejandra did a partial highlight on my chin length hair .. didn't dry it or style it, I walked out with wet hair . At the end she tried to charge me $320 when I asked why she showed me the clock and said "you've been here for 2 hours and I did a balayage" , but her Squaresite price list says balayage $125 for 3 hours ?? She made it very uncomfortable to say the least !
I went in to get my hair dyed, I wanted a balayage type of color with brown roots with blonde and she directly added bleach to my entire head. My only recommendation was that it wasn’t all one color, and that exactly what she did. She put this yellow blonde color on it and then insisted that she cut it. I was hesitant because I’ve been growing my hair out for a while but she was persistent. I had prided myself on how healthy and full I’ve gotten my hair over the past year and she ruined that. She gave me these awful long layers that were not flattering in the slightest and left my hair super choppy. She had also scheduled someone the same time as me because in her words “ because you’re a new client I wasn’t sure if you were going to show”. If that wasn’t bad enough she ended up charging $360, when I told her that I had not brought that kind of money I could tell that she told me an absurd number because she thought I was naive and wouldn’t think twice about it. Worst experience!!
On the day before prom they charged my daughter 200 for hair dye and turned it orange and yellow instead of blonde. It was horrible
