I brought my mother in with severe shoulder pain the only one available was Alma Corverra NP, terrible treatment from her. She hurt my mother in the "process" of seeing what was wrong. My mother kept telling her she was in pain while she was moving her are and she had no regard for her. I would not recommend her to anyone awful bedside manner. We were able to come back with Rocio Medina and it was a day and night difference. Super friendly very gentle with my mother and extremely helpful. She took the time to see what was wrong and how to proceed instead of just giving her pain medication like the NP.
Waited 2 hours to be seen AFTER my appointment. Finally complained, and was seen in minutes. Only to find out they couldn't help me without further information. Was sent to different location to get an x-ray after being told a referral was sent over. On arrival, I'm notified no referral was sent and was told to call office to get one faxed over. 10 minutes on the phone with an automated recording in 80% Spanish with no one ever answering. Nothing but waste of time at every turn with these people.
I love the staff at the front desk. Dr madina is literally the best Dr ever. Great service!
Dr. Medina is the bomb. Best doctor I have ever had. Front desk is great as well.
Horrible experience, Dr.Medina has not sent out my medication for 2 weeks now I have to keep calling the office and all I get is “ok I’m sending message to her now” this has been going on for 2 +weeks ,her “nurse” Mari was very rude unprofessional talked over me, keeps saying there’s nothing she can do about my prescription not being sent. I guess patients health is not their priority. The Pa Alma Corvera horrible service as well she told me she will not treat me because I don’t get seen by her ,that I would have to wait till I see Dr.Medina in order for me to get treated for my problem. That was a waist of time. Can not rely on this clinic and staff, to me it seems like they don’t care about the patients. Till this day I have not received my medications.
