My family has been going to this vet exclusively before I was born. Now that I'm fincially independent, I've continued the tradition. Amazing staff, expert level knowledge and reasonable costs. Can't recommend this vet enough.
Just moved back to SF and needed a closer Vet since I don’t have a car anymore. I sent San Rafael Animal Hospital a message through the portal/website and they were very quick to email all of Jameson’s records over to me so I could review for accuracy and forward them to her new vet. I really appreciate the speedy and friendly front office staff, and sincerely appreciate the detailed notes taken by both the technician who checked us in, as well as the vet who saw Jameson. It’s been so long since we’ve been there that I forgot how well they listened and investigated our concerns, and offered the best options they could while being mindful of what we could afford at the time. It’s obvious how much these ladies care for our babies and love what they do. Thank you! I wish we lived closer to SRAH. Would be worth the drive to go back here for her medical needs if I had a way to get her there.
I have been taking my dog to doggy daycare since she was 4 months old and she continues to love this place. She never gets exciting the way she does arriving to anyother place. The vet is very good too and everyone is very professional and kind.
Their staff is not only a friendly but they know what they are doing. they are true professions in disguise as sweet animal-loving kind-hearted genuine people. I recommend them for any furry family member and friend.
Have always been really attentive and gentle with my Yorkie Pablo. He can be very challenging at the vet & they always handle him so graciously. They’re very straightforward and urgent about care. Exactly what my baby & I need from a vet!
