    The 4 star instead of 5 star isn't due to any inadequacies of the staff. The biggest issue that I had was lack of parking and a store that was way too small for the volume of business that it was doing. I don't know how busy it is every day. But at the volume I saw on my business, they could barely keep us all 6 ft apart. They were also out of space for more employees or equipment. Therefore the wait was pretty long for my drink.

    Starbucks needs to give more accurate pick up times for mobile orders. Waited 20 minutes in store for a coffee after arriving several minutes later than the estimated pick up time.

    I appreciate the workers here. They try their hardest when it's busy. Drinks are made very well, they just seem understaffed at busy times.
