    Talked to guy at door( sorry, didn't get his name, but even with his mask on, he was the most handsomest man I've ever seen!) He was very helpful & cleared up things for me. Thank you handsome man, you made me feel better.

    I met with an account representative who was helpful and answered my personal questions in a respectful way. She was warm and non judgmental of my situation. She was genuinely concerned for my safety and banking needs. That's why I have 3 accounts with that bank and use them in the future. Ty Patty.

    I've banked with Wells Fargo since 2005. They have always provided great customer service. They've helped me with all my banking needs & resolved any issue I've ever had with my accounts- including alerting me when someone tried to fraudulently use my cards. They resolved the issues without any charge to me & got me through a stressful situation as quickly & easily as possible. I trust in Wells Fargo & their employees.

    Went in to deposit a big check, and was very disturbed by my interaction. Needed 3 people to help then the “banker” came to help was very quick and rude and not able to explain or work with me on my project. Great bank but that one banker should have her helping hands on not her accusation hat. Went in to deposit a check and left with -$5000 in my bank account? Hmmm

    I visited Napa branch Jefferson street. talked to the lady manager and if I could request some new $20 and new $50 bills for Christmas holiday. The lady manager said, " yes " we can save you the new bills and she asked my name/phone #. She told me by two weeks we should be getting some new bills. I visited again three weeks later hoping they didn't forget about me and sure enough the lady manager was not available and talked to a gentleman manager about the new bills. he told me " were not gonna gets some new bills this year " or stop by anytime hopefully we might get some new bills. what a waist of time, been member for 25 years and I don't request a lot. no communication to all managers. very disappointment. if maybe I have six digit money in the bank the story will be different.
