This wash does a good job and I like being able to get a carwash as many times as I want in a month for $22

I was very disappointed with the service at, 1270 S Main St, Yreka, CA 96097 Suds City Auto Spa, in which I paid $ 15 and now I have a loss of approximately $ 1200 to fix the wheel when I went through the tunnel to start my car washing procedure. "I have a new Mercedes Benz 2020, I was there on Feb. 26 2021 around 3:30 pm. Usually I don't drive my car frequently, I went to the place to clean outside, super simple, 5700 miles for it, is nothing". So, they finished washing my car then I drove the car and stopped at the parking lot close by Walmart to take a look outside and drier a little bit more and I got a surprise when I started drier the front left side wheel, "I saw a scratch". I drove back to the place and I asked for the manager, I showed him it and he doesn't believe it. I asked: what he can do for the customers when we have a problem? The answer was impressive: "NOTHING". " CUSTOMERS: IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR, YOUR INVESTMENT, take care of the places that you want to put your investment. They don't care how much do you worked hard to have it. I don't recommend the place. Now I know, they just wanna our money.
Great service! Got my car detailed and they did a full walkthrough of the vehicle with me to make sure I liked the job they did. The guy who detailed it for me even pointed out the things he was not able to get off which I really appreciated. He also did a couple things I didn't pay for just to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
They do a fabulous job for a good price!!! I've had my 2003 Suburban (yes, it's seen better days) detailed twice plus my husband's Ford Ranger done recently and ALL 3 times they did an excellent job!!! I highly reccomend their detail service!!!
