    Stephan knows what he is doing, of that there is no doubt. He had an excellent rapport with prospective buyers and a strong grasp of my expectations. He was easy to work with, listened to my concerns, and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions. I had a lot of interactions with other local realtors, and nothing against those folks, but Stephan stood out as the best choice by far.

    Our experience with Stephan Black was excellent, especially since we bought our house from 2400+ miles away while living on the East Coast. He knows the area very well and we are very happy that he was our agent. He always was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and the whole process was very smooth. Stephan helped us to find an excellent home inspector and set up various appointments. We appreciated much his style of advising his clients without being pushy or trying to become overly involved in the decision making process. He prepared paperwork thoroughly and efficiently get it done through his digital process that we liked very much. Both my wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Stephan and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a good experience buying a house.
