    Wow. This is a first! I had hand surgery 4 days ago and was I impressed? YES! Clean, neat, no massive lines or people in the waiting room being all weird. Looked like a hotel lobby. Pleasant staff, great doctors. Then...today I get a very nice Get Well letter from them...with A LOT of signatures from everyone that worked there wishing me a speedy recovery. I WISH WISH WISH it was an emergency hospital but alas....they only do surgeries and not ER. But I can tell you one thing...I will not ever go to Rideout for another surgery if I have to have one. I will want to go here. To Sutter Surgical. They were and are AWESOME!!

    Had a 9:15 appointment for a pre-surgery covid test. They were already behind when I got there and the line was getting longer and longer. I was second in line when I arrived and it still took over half an hour to even be called in. Once in I realized why it was taking so long. The nurses were apathetic and working at a snail's pace and then there was the paperwork. Apparently, every patient has to fill out paperwork with information they already have on file for us. It was incredibly and unnecessarily inefficient. Considering PH across the street is doing covid testing in the parking lot with little to no paperwork and getting patients screened and tested quickly and accurately, I don't understand why the process needs to be a complicated as they are making it. I ran clinics in the AF so I know it doesn't have to be this poorly managed.

    Staff are very helpful nice courteous and I have anxiety and because of wonderful M.R.I specialist I can make it through a open M.R.I he is patient and very understanding this is the only place I will go for a M.R.I Thank u Donna lynch

    I have had several surgeries here in the past year, and the service was always exceptional. Melanie at front desk, Jennifer in medical records are both wonderful. All the nurses and staff were very pleasant, attentive and I received the best care. And of course my Dr.'s, Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Gallego are the best. I will never hesitate to refer this hospital. Thanks again for the best service :)

    Excellent, excellent care and service. Rated 10 in the nation and well deserved. I could not have asked for more. Food was good (excellent actually, and I am a picky eater) and care was prompt. Hate when you are stuck in a bed and have to wait a long time for your nurse to answer your page. Not so in this hospital! This hospital and all staff deserve tons of praise.
