I would give this 0 stars if I could.. I was discriminated against at this location and was refused Acess to my AVAILABILE BALANCE by the assistant Manager and was told I would need to go to another branch in order to access my money from my business Account... Horrible experience..There's been a complaint filed on behalf of US Bank Customer service and I will be filing a complaint before Closing my Accounts.
I've been with us bank for 17 years and love this bank :) I've never had 1 problem with them :) excellent service and staff. I will say i won't ever leave. im a customer 4 life :)
