Driving through Napa in my motorhome and stopped for a few tacos. Was refused drive-thru even though I was accompanied by another driver. I will never stop at this restaurant again.
Annateya took my order wrong when i came back she told me it was my fault even though i cant see the screen at night due to brightness because i am handicapped. She said thats not her problem. I said excuse me get your manager. I then told her manager Geraldine do your employees even have customer service skills and she said im sorry we are short staffed. And i said that is not my problem for her to talk to me like that. I will pay for what she didnt charge me but i want my receipts. She gave them to me shaking. I hope this girl learns something. We are never going back to taco bell in napa again!!!!
I thought it wasn't going to be as good as it was because the line was taking forever. The food was on point! They gave me lots of sauces which is a huge plus and my order was right. Food was good
Thanks for keeping lobby open, I really appreciate it!!! Not all vehicles fit drive tru! Enjoyed nacho fries!
