Small community park. No bathrooms available. Limited parking.
Wayne Cline was my partner and one of my field training officers when I first became a policeman in Woodland. He used to hide a Burger King gift certificate in the window of a business on graveyard shift. If I did my business checks properly I got a free burger. Rest in peace, partner.
Clean, family friendly park used mostly by local residents. Large grass fields and short, branching trails make Cline Park well suited to dog walking, jogging and playing with children. Especially in the summer, I enjoy the shaded tunnels of trees that bring you in to the main body of the park from those branching trails. A lack of benches means you'll need to bring your own seating or blanket for a picnic, but there is plenty of room to spread out and rarely any litter or loitering. Although Cline Park lacks a dedicated parking lot, street parking near the Cascade, West Woodland, Ashley or other street entrances allows a walkable parking spot.
great for kids and exercise
This park has nice jogging and or bike trail goes for several blocks some excersize equipment as well. Great for walking the dog too.
