    We purchased our first home just a few weeks ago. Mandy was fantastic! She always responded and communicated with us quickly. She went to bat for us to make sure we got what we wanted, and also provided us with a lot of knowledge about the housing market.     When I bought my home on a short sale I was told that I didn't need to use a realtor. I was not comfortable making a purchase that large without help so contacted Mandy. She absolutely knew what she was doing and as it turned out, there was so much that I wouldn't have know to do on my own. She made what would have been a frustrating, time consuming and potentially more costly than needed task, seamless. Mandy not only did her job, but walked the seller's realtor through the process and helped her with all of her duties as she was not familiar with all of the tasks associated with a short sale.     Mandy Tanburg is the best realtor and one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She greatly helped my sister through a difficult time in her life and she has been a friend to our family. When we moved out of CA I foolishly hired different realtors first.
