I decided to get feal suspension because they have an amazing warranty policy and they are pretty big in the grassroots, and track based community for cars, I am a grass roots driver and wanted to get some better coilovers that were more geared towards drifting, I have had issues with other mainstream coilover companies and was sick of the hassle. The best part is if i break them or have one fail I just ship them back and it’s not overseas or a long distance away so the turn around time isn’t going to be months of waiting. I was very happy with how informative their site was and how much they communicated about what was going on through the process. Also I was very happy with how close their estimated time was to actually receiving the product. Super fast delivery and very good service! Also I am in love with how good of a ride it is and how crisp the feal is. I am beyond impressed with these coilovers it is money well spent I will point anyone that is into tracking or someone that is just looking fir a quality set of suspension for a daily to buy feal you will not be disappointed! Super stoked about the whole feal suspension experience! So shout out to you guys at Feal suspension you guys do great work and deliver a quality product thank you!

Experience; 1. Just had my car aligned and ride-height set. This was a hassle because only 1 shop in Colorado (that I know of) can get my spammed WRX onto an alignment rack. 2. One of my 441 coilovers blew out 2 weeks later. 3. Shipped all 4 struts to Feal in California to be rebuilt. 4. Asked Mike and John to attempt to keep the camber/height unchanged because I had just spent $1000 and many hours having this done. 5. Received the box exactly 2 weeks later (in Colorado) without paying for any sort of expedited shipping or rebuild. 6. Installed coilovers. The fitment and alignment is exactly, I mean EXACTLY, as it was before shipping the coilovers to FEAL. I have absolutely no idea how, but they must be as meticulous and observant as I am. AAA++ for this job well done. Thank you for saving me $$$ and time in the form of me not having to take my car across the state to be aligned and to have the ride-height set again. Thank you, Only thing to mention... maybe a little bit more bubble wrap when shipping things back to customers. The metal ABS hole/thingy on the side of the front coilover was bent upon receiving the package. However, nothing that a hammer can’t fix!

Hey Guys, updating my review from last month to say that Mike and Odi are taking very good care of me to address the issue I described below. I won't go into details, but given that my purchase was 3 years ago and well past the warranty period, I am very pleased and looking forward to receiving a new set of shocks for the coilovers. So based the excellent customer service, and expectations that the new shocks will last longer, I'm changing my rating. I think I may have received a bad batch of shocks last time, those things happen in life! I will update again after the shocks are installed. (Previous review) While Mike and others have responded to my questions quickly & customer service has been good, the 441s I bought for my '06 STi did not hold up well. One shock started clunking & leaking with 14K miles/2 years, now 3 years into the experience I have 3 leaking shocks and the STi is almost undrivable. I live up in western NY state and we have harsh winters, salt and all that. But really, having to replace my shocks with only 21K miles?!?! I also drive rather conservatively compared to others that drive the same car.

Didn't see the coilovers I wanted for my car listed on the website (mobile). I emailed them and got a reply from Zach in less than two hours! I placed my order and had it on my doorstep in less than a week. Quality product, quality service and they even threw in some bonus candy! Will order again.
