I had a very disappointing experience @ Wells Fargo, Yucca Valley Branch today. The Asian bank teller has a very poor customer service skills and incompetent. I clearly stated that I would like to encash my Wells Fargo check using my own checking account and she dumbly asked me if I was a Wells Fargo member???? Moreover, the amount she processed was wrong, it's clearly indicated on the check that it's for $615 and she was only giving me $500. She's not focused on her work and she seems so distracted. Beware of this bank teller!!!
Come on people no drive of ATM?? And the walk up ATM's have been broke numerous times recently also no cash deposit available all the time. What ever district manager is handling this branch really needs to crack the whip I'm done with this location period.😕👎
I am very dissapointed at wells fargo. My wife and i have been loyal customers for more than 13 yrs. We do not bank with anyone else but wells fargo. I was given a fake 100 dollar bill, the teller told me that i should check my money before leaving the bank, i could not believe she said that.I lost $100, in the middle of this pandemic i cannot afford to loose any money. They basically said to deal with it. Please make sure they check your bills before you leave. That was a horrible experience. I am not going to bank there anymore.
Staff was friendly and fast
Bank Manager can't handle confrontation. Will go over your head while smiling in your face. I would rather drive the 45 minutes to the other location. I'll be seeing you around. It's a small town.
