    Have used Les Schwab for 15+ years but this will likely be the last time. Haven’t ever written a review in 10 years online. 3 weeks ago was at a Les Schwab in Northern Idaho and asked them to rotate tires. They somehow missed that our tires were splitting, a manufacturer defect noted on a trip to the Bay Area this am by another tire place. They advised we not drive back to Oregon and the nearest dealer here said they’d get us right in so we could use our warranty. Nearly a 2 hour delay in our trip and we have to buy new tires from Les Schwab! Wish we would have stayed and gotten new tires at Oakland Tire Pros- great customer service.

    Always outstanding service and what is more important honesty and pride in their work. This was again confirmed yesterday when they gave me a second opinion on what an oil change place had told me about our car.

    These guys are the best! I went to my honda dealership down south and they had told me I was in need of new breaks within the month. While I was home visiting family I decided to go to Les Schwab. Turns out the dealership was lying. These guys took the time to thoroughly inspected my car despite me not having an appointment, and spent 15 minutes explaining to me where my breaks were at and when to come back in 3-5 thousand miles later. I walked out paying NOTHING when they could have made $$$ on a brake job that wasn't needed. SO HONEST AND KIND!!! I will only take my car here now. And also friendly reminder to be patient and kind to workers right now. I overheard a woman yelling at one of the mechanics for taking longer than predicted on her car, despite them apologizing and explaining they were short staffed. Just because you are ready for CA to reopen doesn't mean businesses are staffed for full opening. Be kind. These guys are doing honest work and working hard to come back after a stressful year. Thanks Les Schwab!!!

    Wasted $586!! The problem was I needed an alignment. They told me it could not be done without new control arms. So I spend $500 on parts and labor getting the control arms replaced with factory parts. Then when I took my car back to get aligned they said they couldn't finish the alignment because the factory control arms don't allow for the right adjustments. But I can buy aftermarket ones that do. They should have told me that from the beginning!! They also charged me for the incomplete alignment. Spent $586 and my car still pulls. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

    Outstanding customer service. Took my car to have a flat tire repaired. I've been going to Les Schwab for many years to purchase tires. The customers are number one.
