This place might have a good dentist but they always over book, and the dentist is always rushing. The result is a crowded office, and those who are being worked on, feel rushed. That isn't the worst thing though. Keep a close eye on your receipts, the girls in charge of the billing, like to over charge. If you have insurance, they will say, we can't get a hold of your insurance company, but we can proceed and bill them later. Then they tell you your insurance doesn't cover your work, and you owe them 500 dollars. I'm never going to this place again, and I would recommend no one else should either.

While my consultation went well and I gave 5 stars when I returned for my fillings I had an awful experience which is why it is now 1 star. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and they were behind. It almost seemed like they were mad at me for being there past closing when it was their fault for being behind. It was very rushed and people kept coming over to do things on my mouth nobody would explain who they were or what they were doing. Two of the employees while working on my teeth started talking about how much they don’t like cops. I felt that was beyond inappropriate to discuss that in front of a patient. The final straw was that they kept charging me even after the appointment. I paid almost $300 at my appointment, right after my appointment they said they had more work than expected and charged me $30 more. Two weeks later they sent a bill for $10 saying they had more work to do. Take your business elsewhere

Dr. Eiswert has been my family dentist since 1992. His staff is always friendly and courteous. They embrace technology in their diagnosis and treatment which is much appreciated. They utilize digital X-ray and explain findings with you right there in the chair. The lady that handles financials is diligent with accurate calculations so that we don’t have surprises with our insurance later. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

The staff is always extremely welcoming towards me. I’ve had wisdom teeth removed here and also had my ortho treatments done here as well. Dr. Eiswert always kept me informed on my dental condition and explained what he was doing each time. It’s a great atmosphere with plenty of accommodations for the patients. They also utilize the latest and greatest of dental equipment, and they even prepared my retainers there on the same day I got my braces off. The team at Smilemakers runs efficiently and effectively with unmatched customer service. I highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Eiswert!

My family and I are newer patients with SmileMakers but have always had a great experience at both locations. The staff are kind and patient, especially with some recent dental issues when they stayed long past closing to make sure I was seen. Thanks!
