The new manager Antonio is amazing! He got me the best deal he could. He was very honest and upfront about issues with my car, which I can appreciate. I've always taken my vehicle to this location because the team there does such a good job and don't try to pressure you into doing something you can't afford at the moment. I recommend them to anyone looking for top notch work with a team that puts their all into servicing your vehicle. 5 star service
Juan was fabulous!!! He was courteous, went above and beyond! He not only put air in my tires but saw one was low so he checked it for a nail or something and sure enough there was something in it. Repaired it!!! I also got my oil changed. I am so impressed with him I am telling everyone!!!! The Manager was very nice also!! So thankful!!!
I was delighted to wait to have my air in the tires checked for 20 minutes while no one to do it came out. Perhaps a more efficient staff addition is needed. Won't go back
Absolutely amazing company!!! Will never take my car anywhere else!!! The gentleman are so kind, efficient and helpful! I’ve told all my friends about American Tire Depot and will continue to refer everyone to go there! Not only did they change my oil at a great price, but they also helped me with putting on my new tags and removing all the old ones. They couldn’t be anymore courteous! I returned because about a month ago they helped me with a nail in my tire when no other shop had time to do so, and didn’t even charge me! I’m so grateful I stumbled across this place!
I am a loyal customer of American Tire Depot, the customer service has always been top notch for myself. I am very appreciative of them taking care of me all the times I have had a nail or a screw in my tire in a very prompt way with no cost. I highly recommend their service!
