    If you enjoy waiting in line for 30 mins on average, this is the place for you. It's like one person works here and they are in no hurry at all to move things along. Today was the last time I go to this location. On average the employee was averaging 10 mins per customer, even for the simplest of things, I walked out.

    This post office, including their mail carrier that delivers packages to Fullerton City Light is very rude and several times I felt discriminated for being a blind individual. When I visited the post office they refused to assist me even though I was blind and unable to fill out a form and 3 times their mail carrier was very rude towards me twice when I opened the door for him and once towards my guide dog when I was at my apartment door. If this is not address, I will be contacting the ADA.

    One of the workers was very rude to everyone I saw her attend to. You could tell she didn’t want to be there. Looked at everyone with such disdain you’d think she was forced to work here.

    Good location if you need to mail something last minute, like if you are traveling to/from the transportation center. I think it would be a good location to rent a PO Box if you pass here often. The downside is that they are closed weekends, and the staff is really, really not in any hurry to process you. The workers are nothing but nice, but they are slow. Rarely they will have 2 people working the counter, mostly around Christmas. Otherwise it's just the 1. To be fair, it is normally not a busy location but a lot of small businesses send their employees here around lunch time so try not to go between noon and three.

    Every time I go in there the postal lady is rude. She was of no help and I can tell that she didn't want to be there. You have a high paying job during covid, be grateful for a change, change your attitude and stop rushing people out of there.
