    Great experience. Awesome service from the registrations and food/beverage team led by Abby and Felicia. Rooms are newly renovated clean and good size. I had four rooms with the family… Abby was able to group us together with a patio access. It worked out prefect for us. And Felicia’s team did great with the breakfast service… We were wowed. One of the best experience I had with Marriott. It’s feels less corporate but more the small town personalised service. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

    This place was really good. Beautiful lobby. The rooms were also nice. I had different customer service experiences depending on who I was talking with. Julia helped me multiple times, she was so lovely. There was a gentleman who was working with her that... had an attitude when I asked how much it was to upgrade to a room with a deck. He talked to me like I was dumb, I then said I work for marriott so we can do that at my hotel, and he then kept sounding condensending... his attitude changed later on the next few times I saw him. So he could have been upset about something in that first moment? Anyway, my main experience, and the best, was the bartender Kyle. He was so patient and friendly and gave great recommendations for food around the area. He is the main reason I had such a great experience!

    I love every Marriott property. The only downside to this particular place was the ADA room that we stayed in was that it smelled like urine. Other than that, everything was great.

    Very comfortable. Staffing struggles still evident as we begin the post-pandemic process (be patient at the breakfast line!), but all in all, everyone did their best. We had a corner room with a skosh more room, which was lovely.

    Excellent Marriott property right on the beach in Ventura. Expansive hotel with plenty of rooms, huge fitness center, pool and hot tub. Staff is always friendly accommodating and professional. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to the pierpont neighborhood with restaurants to choose from plus across the street from an in and out! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
