    Karl from Emergent Designs this week completed for me a fabulous 1.4m x 1.55m acrylic aerial image of Shelly Beach, Manly, and did so with professionalism and immaculate attention to detail. The piece was promptly delivered to the door. Excellent service!

    We pedantically shopped around before deciding to go with Emergent Designs both times we did our shopfront. The deciding factors were how pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful their sales executive (Karl) was. He patiently sank in a lot of time explaining and assisting us amateurs with a fairly complex design (that's further complicated by inconsistent sizes and imbalanced heights of the panels that are supposed to collectively make up a pattern). Further blown away by their contracted installers who were as pedantic as we were lol. End product blew us away.

    I am a professional photographer based in Sydney and Emergent Designs laminated and mounted my exhibition 'STUDIO- Australian Painters' that was launched at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. The exhibition then spent the next 7 years touring 23 state and regional galleries and became the longest running exhibition in Australian history. By the end of its tour it had been seen by over 130,000 visitors and it was still in great shape. I would not hesitate to recommend Emergent Designs and their highly trained staff for professional mounting and framing services. They have the knowledge, experience and capability to recommend innovative framing solutions and to do the job right.

    I ordered a frame from Emergent designs but as it did not looked good I asked if I could exchange it. Their answer was " come and we will exchange it". When I went there to change the frame for another frame they charged me again. Then I told them that if I am charged twice I would keep the first frame even though I had no need of it. I paid them twice 2 X $400 but I would never go back again. Take care when you order something from them otherwise the frame will be very expensive.
