Great Company, we did a walk in a couple of times during our stay in Port Vila, Shane was very helpful and set us on our way in no time, very informative about what sort of car we needed for where we were heading (4WD) which was definitely needed with the roads outside of town. Please note for people hiring, when you fill the car prior to returning the vehicle that you ensure the staff at the Gas Station actually fill the car up properly, on both occasions prior to returning the car to Europcar, we filled the car up, but when we left found that it actually wasn't filled properly, they have old Petrol Pumps at the Gas Stations that click off, but the car isn't actually filled properly, so need to watch them an ensure they fill it properly so no hassles later.
Europcar Rental the best renter car dealer in town with friendly staffs, well spoken English, French and bislama. Europcar has the best variety cars. Highly recommended . I give Europcar Vanuatu a 5 star 😊
My family and I booked a 4 wheel drive for 5 days over Easter. The staff were amazing especially April the Filipino Operational Manager. The staff at Europcar couldn't have been more helpful offering us advice on what we should see, best restaurants to eat at and where to shop. It was such a rewarding experience but would advise prospective travellers to book a 4 wheel drive as it allowed you to go off road and discover so many natural wonders.
Best car rental place in Vanuatu. I visit Vanuatu at least twice a year and have never rented with Europcar. I rented a large ute for two weeks and was really happy with the vehicle. The vehicles are in immaculate condition and a large selection of vehicles readily available for hire. I have pre booked a vehicle for Christmas and was given wonderful rates by Shane and even though I am flying in on Christmas day, April the Operations Manager is meeting me at the airport to hand over the vehicle. I highly recommend the service of Europcar Vanuatu and will not use anyone but them in the future. Your staff are a credit to your business and your service is incredible. Thank you for making things easy!!
