    Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and generous breakfast. Dining with great views. Standard room is a tad on the small size, with some noises from communal areas. Overall a great location where I have stayed before and will stay again.

    Stayed one night to have close access to airport. We did arrive early for the 2pm check in, at 11.30, so understandably our room was not ready, we had lunch at the restaurant and then at 2pm we were told our room was still not ready due to 'late check out'!!! Having had plenty of time to spare we had walked around the complex knowing which of the rooms were possibly ours as we had booked a ocean front room. The room we were eventually put in was seviced and ready at approx 12.30! But we were made to wait!! The room was very small with only bed and one bedside table, no chairs or table or place to put bags!! The ceiling fan was either frantic or sluggish. The doors out to the verandah were broken and only one could be manipulated open. We ordered breakfast to take away as we had to leave at 4.30am for flight and were told it would be delivered to our room at 8pm. At 8.45 i went to inquire were our breakfast was and after much carry one found it had been delivered to the wrong room. We were treated as an inconvenience by some members of staff with only our lunch waitress showing any concern. And then to add insult they charge 5% credit card surcharge and said it was the bank where elsewhere was 3 to 4%. I suggested they change banks and think of the clientele . However the food was great and the city location was convenient. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, so many other choices that are so much better in this beautiful island.
