    The gentleman at this store was very helpful and had great knowledge on sewing machines. I recently bought a new sewing machine from him and I was taught how to use it properly, so far this machine works perfectly and I would 100% recommend people to go here for repairs and purchases of sewing machines.

    Rude, Parts for my knitting machine were twisted & bent when they arrived. When I called them 5 min after delivery they told me they were fine when they mailed them and hung up on me. I called back two more times. Because they don't accept credit card payments for phone orders I made a $165 EFT for rubbish... They are the only player in NSW so guess customer service is not a requirement.

    If you want to ruin your day just go there the staff is extremely unprofessional and over the top rude a very disappointed customer.
