    Drove a 10 hour round trip to look at a ring before spending over $1,100 for it. Arrived an the ring was nothing like the photo. Was given excuses “we are a small business and use a phone to take the pictures” We were offered no apology or empathy and the sales assistant was rude and abrupt went we when said no thanks
