Kar Pro Warning! Worst ever experience I have ever had, took the car to Kar Pro Miranda for suspension and steering work, when I took the car home I came to the realization that the car had been mistreated (thrashed) there were two indications that the car had been mistreated, 1) I believe the timing chain has been stretched and 2) coolant has been leaking out of the cooling system leaving puddles on the ground which is very different from it's usual behaviour. They may have completed the suspension and steering work that the car was originally booked in for but, one of the employees who took the car for a test drive after the work had been completed, I believe thrashed the car so hard it has damaged an engine component (stretched timing chain) as the timing chain rattled for the next 3 days at cold start up after it was returned (this is one definite indication that the timing chain has been stretched) this is now going to cost me a thousand or more out of pocket expenses (which is much sooner rather than later for this repair). This set back is a big disappointment, the car has been driven like a limo, driven from A to B and or only local since ownership. Due to this experience I cannot recommend Kar Pro Miranda in my review as you may or may not know what may happen to your vehicle while in their care, it is only my experience and knowledge of cars that has brought the mistreatment of my vehicle to my attention, but using the services is completely up to each an every individual as this was my bad experience and disappointment, and I have the skills and knowledge to repair the car myself, I have written an honest and unbias review of my experience and have no reasons or hidden agendas for doing so, there are more details I would like to include to this review but it keeps getting longer and longer. I have been around cars, trucks and machinery all my life and know when my own car behaves differently to its usual self or has been mistreated, it is only a matter of time now when I see the check engine light illuminate and find the DTC P0008, P0009 P0016, P0017, P0018, P0019 on my scan tool.
