    Honestly the best staff. dealt with Rasha and she made orders so much easier for us. They are so helpful and give you the correct and proper information, even spending time with you to discuss what the difference is between similar items. Thanks so much ILS Bankstown!

    Upon entering ILS, I was warmly greeted by a professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant by the name of Abby. She took her time to explain to me about the products and accessories and what was best suited for my grandmother’s needs. I did not feel rushed nor pressured and its for this reason that we will continue to shop here. I highly praise Abby for her exceptional customer service of going above and beyond for the eldery and all customers in general. Thank you!

    The staff at ILS were very helpful with advice and support for what I was looking for furthermore were able to assist me with the product I was selecting and had the pleasure of having it in stock at the last minute that I enquired with.
