    The ladies at Bankstown Imaging Centre are all so lovely, helpful, personable and have a great sense of humour. Even after forgetting my request form at home, they didn’t at all allow me to feel horrible about it and were instead so kind and accommodating. The Radiologist and Doctor were also just as amazing and friendly! I’m so grateful. Generally, in order for people to be nice, you need to be nice and kind first! I’ve been coming here a number of times now and to date, can not fault my experience with them. Thank you all at BIC for the laugh and compassion I needed! xo

    The receptionists are and unprofessional. The deal with patients in rude ways and they keep delaying appointments. The place is also dirty and relatively expensive.

    Reception staff are amazing! Special mention to Chrissy, if it wasn’t for her push for me to do a ct scan my condition could have been undiagnosed for longer and prolonging my treatment. Highly recommend this facility they actually care about the people who come in

    Attended an MRI scan appointment here today. Staff had clear knowledge of my appointment and provided excellent service at the front desk. COVID-19 precautions were in place and highly visible. I later discovered the official receptionist was away on a break, so I was all the more impressed with the level of customer service and care provided - even to those who were looking for directions to other services. Scan was performed with a little physical discomfort, but that's to be expected really. I was very satisfied with the service provided. If not aware, parking near this facility can be very difficult sometimes, especially for people needing assistance or on crutches. The tip here is to try and add a friend or relative to the car who can also drive.
