    Best place to buy your Gracie Barra apparel with the best customer service and high quality products! Any question about products or measurements are quickly solved by email or even a phone call. Very dedicated and friendly staff.

    Customer service is very poor. There is no number to call and it takes them too long to answer an email. They advertise free delivery and 10% off but website order did not process either. I requested a cash refund for the difference and they provided me a gift card for a part amount. The gift card is of no use to me. Also, the website does describe goods clearly, I purchased an extra belt not knowing one is included with the kimono kit, as it was not stated. Overall - rather bad experience and no communication
