Professional, on time, and lovely to work with! We booked StarCity to take our furniture for an interstate move. Erwin and Tim came today, beautifully on time, and were very patient and understanding that we live on a busy street and parking was limited. They did the best with what they had, and were very lovely to speak with. They were incredibly efficient and professional, and had all our stuff packed within an hour. They even managed to fit in a few extra boxes. Absolute legends. I would definitely recommend StarCity, especially Erwin and Tim!
Highly recommend these guys! Came in at the last minute with a better quote than most. Top marks to Michael and Mick for helping sort out a last minute packing issue, and for getting our stuff to fit in the allocated space! Michael and Anthony did a great job unloading at the other end. Good communication; we knew when to expect them at both ends of the job. Thanks so much, guys!
I Booked Star City to make my move from Victoria to Queensland. The service received was amazing. Everything was explained and i did not have to worry. On the move day Sam & Fred arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. I was advised of a drop off time and again Sam & Fred were there on time. The guys made this move super easy and i did not need to worry about anything. i would highly recommend Star City for your next move. Sam & Fred i cant thank-you enough 10 out of 10 for service.
Erwin and Tim did the huge job of collecting my furniture from Tweed Heads and bringing it down to Sydney. They wrapped up my mattress with such care, great communication and even arrived a day ahead of schedule. I’ve use Star City removals in the past and they’re brilliant, super reliable. These two guys were the greatest, I hope the management team looks after them - true asset to the business
Mark and team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They had to deal with dismantling items and had no complaints. I am so thankful they made the move so easy for me. Super helpful, super thorough and super professional. 5 stars!
