    Two years ago I had left a bad review due to a poor experience. Karen has recently contacted me to personally apologise and offer a refund. It is the mark of a great person to accept their mistakes, apologise and do everything in their power to make it right. Thank you Karen.

    Had my eyelashes done for the first time in my life. Had difficulty in adjusting to my new look so the next day I called Karen and a asked her to remove them. She was fully understanding and not only that she took them off she also suggested a different style and colour for me. We did it as a trial and I actually liked it. Karen did not easily give up on me so this is the testament of her dedication and passion for eye lashes but also for quality customer service. She did say to me: ‘There is an eyelash for everyone’. In my case, she was right. :)

    Karen saved my eyes! I called Karen on a public holiday in an absolute panic, having had an allergic reaction to a set of eyelash extensions I had put on (lashes done elsewhere) the day before my 30th birthday. She was able to see me within the hour that I called, reassured me that she is experienced in eyelash removal and would be able to get them off. Karen was able to get all the lashes and glue off my eyes without too much trouble, giving me some soothing cream for me eyes and some to take away too (free of charge!). I really appreciate how calm and caring she was seeing me last minute, getting the lash extensions off without harming any of my natural lashes. Would defiantly recommend her, Thanks again!

    LOVE MY LASHES!! I have been getting my lashes done at lash haven for many years now and I’m always happy. I live in the Inner West so it means I have to travel, but the quality and price you pay is worth the hike. One of the reviews below said that these reviews were by friends, I guess you could say that is true for some as we have all been seeing Karen for so many years now and at that every 3 weeks for infills, and she is lovely, so you do build a friendship. Her clientele is very loyal and that is because the service you get. I recommend!

    I love getting my lashes done by Karen, her recommendations always look great and the quality of the lashes is excellent. I always get compliments on my lashes and they last really well. The salon is very comfortable and Karen is always very accommodating, letting me choose the temperature of the fan and always giving me tips to ensure the glue fumes do not get in my eyes. I couldn't be happier that I found lash haven and highly recommend Karen!
