We got to experience the service at O'Brien Glass Roseville, not once but twice within 2 months. We had 2 unfortunate incidents within that period of time and on both occasions, Shawn (Branch Manager) and Mark the Technician looked after our requirements on replacing the rear window on the vehicle (x 2) - the level of work was excellent and very happy with the price. The overall service was fantastic! We highly recommend O'Brien Glass Roseville for all your glass replacement needs.
Supply of mounting clamps for front side window. These parts would normally be integral with a new replacement window. Shawn and Kel advised they would try to source the parts from other branches. One of the other staff members arrived and immediately found the parts I needed. They were supplied free of charge. Thanks very much to the friendly and helpful staff at O'Brien's Roseville.
I came to O'Brien after contacting insurer Shannons. There were some initial problems sourcing a screen for our old 2002 Volvo S80T6 that took time. The local manager and I learned a great deal from this experience, given the original screen had been superseded several times. When the screen finally arrived, the installation work, fit, finish and neatness were all excellent. Thank you Sean and Team
These guys did a great job on my windscreen
I’m really upset!! My front windscreen broke, a little crack in the corner spreading. My insurance company suggested O’Brien as an option. They replaced it but then I realised whenever driving over 80km air leaking inside from bottom of the windscreen with much pressure and noise. Took a video, dropped off my car again and showed them, came back the other day, they said it’s fixed but it got worse over the time. Dropped off my car three times but they couldn’t fix it!!! Disappointing!! Last time told them I had no problem with the original windscreen, your windscreen has to be replaced with a new one, but again reassembled the same one!! Really frustrating!! Never recommend them.
