Awesome therapy!! I found a unique menu called "Transformational Therapy". It's light pressure finger massage in a small circular motion, using lots of aromatic herbal oil. This therapy kept going as long as 120min!! Not only each cells but also organs got totally relaxed and released. Moisturized skin as a bonus!! You won't be able to find same technique anywhere else. I can't wait to have another one!

Absolute Relaxation is a sanctuary for the body, mind and spirit - conveniently located in the centre of Roseville - just a short stroll from Roseville train station. I've been seeing Masumi (the practice owner) for a number of years now for both deep tissue massage and Reiki treatments. Masumi has an innate ability to always find my sore spots - without having to tell her what's going on with my body. I work in an office and spend a lot of time sitting which builds up areas of tension that only a deep tissue massage can release. Masumi's experienced and healing hands always unravel my areas of tightness. I can honestly say I leave feeling so much better than how I arrived for the appointment - like I have a new body! There are other practitioners at Absolute Relaxation that I have seen who are also excellent. When you step into Absolute Relaxation you can't help but feel calmer. It's a beautiful and welcoming space - with stunning crystals and jewellery and various other items for sale. The treatment rooms are softly lit and have the most comfortable massage tables I have ever been on - there is also soft relaxation music playing in the background which adds to the peaceful ambiance. Aromatherapy oils are used during massage treatments which I find very uplifting to my mood. I highly recommend and encourage you to book a treatment with one of the practitioners at Absolute Relaxation. The name of the practice really lives up to what's on offer - 'Absolute Relaxation'.
