    This Metro has the best ice cream - cold rock - and the best customer service! John, you absolute legend, I have never met a more welcoming person. I will come back to this place just for the service ... and I have never said that about any petrol station until now.

    I been there today… bad customer service plus rude behaviour… They don’t know how to deal with customers as well as have no idea how to deal with the things. I wasted a lot of my time.. never going to visit this store again

    All I have to say is wow! This place has EVERYTHING YOU NEED for a seasoned stoner! Munchies all over the place! Shut the gates! Cold Rock Ice creams, self serve milkshakes, Pies and Hotdogs, Chips and drinks, 100s of chocolates and snacks from the USA. Munches EVERYWHERE!!! And the guy that served me was a legend! Best servo in Sydney hands down!

    Worse customer service ever. First of all they gave me expired sim and when I went back to return it. Guy was super rude and didn’t return (Even through got the the receipt from system and provided him all the evidence) and I guess it is illegal to serve the expired stuff. On top of that he said only my manager can refund. Meto is off the list. Pathetic 😡😡😡
