Dr Kaplan and his staff are first class in every way. Dr Kaplan clearly explains and explores all options before surgery. The post surgical treatment received from the doctor and the friendly service provided by his staff are excellent.

I have had two recent ankle surgical procedures conducted by Dr Kaplan with excellent results. Both the ankle fusion and toe fusion and graft procedures have resulted in me now having pain free ankle and foot movement. Dr Kaplan and his entire surgical team were extremely skilful, professional and pleasant to deal with at all times. I have no hesitation with recommending the services of Dr Kaplan. Thankyou Steve Jones

I paid $ 250 on the day after a very short visit, they send cheque (medicare rebate $70) back to me the whole month later. However instead to my name it was payable to dr Jacob Kaplan. Medicare sent me back to correct the cheque, but the dr Kaplan's personnel just added writing to not negotiable cheque, so I was sent back again from the bank cause they couldn't process it. I'm sorry my GP suggested this business but glad I didn't stay with them.

Had to have a bone pinned and grafted with artificial graft. He is always personable and explains everything thoroughly. Where many surgeons would operate without delay, he wanted to see if I healed on my own and wait a bit longer, when it didn’t, (was a problem with my own biology) he operated. Still only a week post- surgery, but very happy with his service up to now.

I had cartiva surgery done a year ago and will have to now get it fused or re done elsewhere. On the day of surgery, you arrive fairly early in the AM and thus starts the conveyer belt of his procedures for the day. I was last being seen close to 7pm and I can only assume he got bored or tired as both toes seem to not have enough bone removed to allow an increase in range of motion and the right was, in fact, pointing down immediately. He seems to have little understanding of time and no respect for yours. I went to see him a couple months ago. I had a 9:15am appointment and was his 4th for the day. There were 2 ladies in front of me and he was in w a patient. He finished his first patient after 10am, keeping us all waiting. He saw me close to 10:30am, spent no time and said I should have them fused. Avoid him like the plaque.
