Hello I don't normally bother writing reviews but today I feel compliments are in order I've stopped in to the Newtown store a few times First on recommendation from a friend and we went there for morning tea The friendliest staff and great fun The next occasion was for them to make me up flowers and have then delivered to a sick friend - amazing value and a beautiful large bunch of mixed colours And more recently to find a birthday present for a relative Again lovely staff greeted me and even offered to wrap the present If you are Newtown needing tea place, flowers or gifts - I strongly recommend popping in there for a look see Cheers David
Flowers were beautiful but arrived a day late and I couldn't reach anyone about my order. I ordered in the morning and paid for same day service, and purposely chose a place near my mum's house for convenience. There was no confirmation even though I emailed, called and messaged. No reply. The flowers eventually arrived the next day but that was a day late! Really disappointed with the service as I could have gone with so many other options in the neighbourhood.
Not happy, charged so much for delivery but came very late when I was assured delivery will be first thing in the morning. Also with their photos there are few roses included but my friend took a photo and the flowers are the cheap ones when I ordered the more expensive. Not recommended.
