This the best gym to cater for everyone tucked away in Sutherland. High class training facility with nothing but the best equipment! Constantly evolving and looking to provide a better service than they already do. Jesse and Luke make a great team providing first class service. The gym format is so well thought out, if you're looking for a great workout this is the place. The boys are always ensuring all training remains safe for everyone and we can continue to better our health and fitness to reach and exceed our goals. AMAZING creche, not intimidating at all, such a fun gym to belong to!
Jesse is a hard working, reliable trainer that wants only the best for his clients. His knowledge of technique and making training hard yet fun is superior. Jesse and Luke have created a welcoming atmosphere which makes training enjoyable for everyone and caters for all fitness levels. Come join us, you won’t regret it.
This is definitely the gym to be at. Jesse's knowledge, reliability, scientific approach and manners are impeccable. Behind the scenes, Luke's tech savviness is very impressive! The vibrations are always high, the facilities are drenched in sun and the equipment is state of the art. What more would you want? I highly recommended this gym.
Luke and jesse have created such a fun open space to train. Their facilities are top of the line and they are always going above and beyond to help everyone and anyone. You never feel intimidated and everyone is so friendly. I love how knowledgeable Jesse is with correcting your technique to prevent Injuries. Overall great gym and vibe.
Such a positive and friendly environment, Jesse and Luke have created a fun space that isn’t commercial or doesn’t feel intimidating. I love the variety of training and never feel bored and am always challenged. Could not recommend more!
