A big thank you to all the staff at Pittwater Day Surgery. I found the Receptionist, Nurses, Anesthetist and also the lovely man that wheeled me into the theatre to meet up with Dear Vid to be very professional but also kind and considerate! My husband and I just had a colonoscopy at Pittwater Day Surgery. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our experience. Our doctor, anaesthetist and all the nursing and admin staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. The lovely warmed blankets and light lunch and snacks afterward were an added bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pittwater Day Surgery.
I had a colonoscopy this morning at this wonderful facility How blessed are we to have a state of the art Day Surgery in our town. The staff right from the receptionists , who were so lovely on the phone and when I arrived, treating me like a person rather than a case number, to the nursing staff , especially Emily , to Dr Paul O’Farrell I was so impressed and felt very special. The heated blanket was fabulous and when cold in theatre, another was found. It was a wonderful experience following a dreadful prep night last night. Thank you everyone. We had THE BEST experience from the amazing and very caring and professional Nurses who cared for my son and the lovely Dr Richard Lees who made us feel at ease with his kind bedside manner and explanations of the anaesthesia process. Dr Robert Weld Moore who did the surgery is the most caring surgeon I have ever met he has just gone above and beyond for us. My son had four Wisdom teeth extractions and the follow up was just incredible we felt extremely well cared for throughout the entire process. Thanks everyone!
