    We had an outstanding experience with the recent sale of our property with Hill and Viteri. Such a professional team, the frequent communication throughout the entire journey put us at ease. They made excellent suggestions to get us the best price possible, and watching the team work together on auction night was like watching a well oiled machine.     As a tenant (in Sydney in particular) you don't often get treated so well by real estate agents. But these guys have blown us away. Super professional, efficient and friendly (I deal with Leigh and Brittany), they handle each and every issue and request so quickly and efficiently, communicate with us openly about everything.     Hill & Viteri were recommended to me, but I also did my own due diligence to see if they would meet my expectations. Sebastian Viteri impressed from the first contact – very professional! But during the process, it was demonstrated that he had a team of professionals working seamlessly with him, who ensured that each of the team members performed to their best for the buyer as well as the seller. From marketing material, scheduling and presentation to coordination and inspections. Especially, Sean Donovan-who was a key team member who bridged outstandingly well between the buyer and seller to ensure that each party’s interests were fairly served. Their communications and dedication to timely feedback and reports lived up to the accolades which many have referred to previously, but I experienced it! Well done to the Hill & Viteri Team.
