New place, less crowded and drive through lanes are not very narrow, like many other places
Like any new place that opens food seems fresher and staff are great, will review it in a years time and see if still the same.
Made a small order with my husband at 7.30 on 22.01.21 through the drive thru. Order came to $16.60, gave them 106.60 so we could just get notes back. They short-changed us .10c and gave us back a mass of coins. Two cheeseburgers were meant to have no pickles and no onion. Whilst they managed that, they also put no meat on the burgers. Really really average experience to say the least. I won't be coming back to this store in a hurry.
Ordered coffee shake half full and 2 large caramel sundaes only got small, its quicker 2 go 2 kurri or maitland,i couldnt be bothered going bac as i realised at home, useless, very under trained,
Ordered hot cakes ($5.20), a small plain sundae ($3) and a large chocolate thickshake ($5.25) at the speaker. Moved on to the window where they proceeded to not repeat the order, but instead ask for $25. We stated it was incorrect and literally got told “that was your order”- anyway it eventually got resolved at THAT window. Moved on to the next window and waited 10 minutes before someone even greeted us. Finally got the hot cakes with no syrup, butter or eating utensils. Asked for them and the girl at the window was rude and sarcastic. Another five minutes passed before the same girl decided to let us know the machine was not working for the thickshakes and asked if we wanted something else, so my partner asked for a chocolate sundae. We were given a small chocolate sundae and not a word was said about a refund. So I asked what the difference was in cost and the girl replied with “I have no idea” and stood leaning outside of the window at us with a smirk on her face. Instead of getting someone that would have known or simply putting it in the register to check. May have only been a small amount, but it should have been handled much better. This McDonalds is a joke. I can’t believe how much customer service has gone downhill since I worked in fast food. But then again, this McDonald’s is the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I would never be that disrespectful.
