They cancelled one of my appointments via text on the day of the appointment, which was very annoying and unprofessional as it was around Christmas time and no other salon could book me in. I recently went back to try them again and got a lash lift. The girl finished them much quicker then anywhere I have been before and one eye looks considerably better than the other. The bed was also tilting downwards which is quite uncomfortable to try and lay still in for 45 mins. I definitely wouldn't go back after those two experiences.

Got my teeth whitened and a spray tan here recently. Unfortunately my experience was the same as a few others have mentioned below - no noticeable different after an hour of whitening. The staff were very friendly but the woman who did my teeth said my teeth were already very white so it would be a good result - they said “if you want really white teeth we recommend a second treatment” to me as well as everyone else I saw in there. This should made extremely clear and defeats the purpose of going there at all. The tanning experience was a let down. Initially it didn’t develop at all and the woman who I think is the owner was extremely helpful at trying to resolve the issue. The tan did end up developing which I was relieved about but within a day it was ridiculously patchy! I look like I have a ski condition and I have never seen a tan do this. Overall just a disappointing experience as neither service was satisfactory, but as mentioned the staff were friendly and helpful so I have to give stars for that. I wouldn’t recommend going here for a tan or teeth whitening as the quality of the service and products does truly reflect the price, so it’s a waste of money, not a good deal.

I received teeth whitening here and not only were the staff amazing but my teeth are so much whiter, I was sceptical at first because the price is so low but I was so shocked! It looks like I have a filter on my teeth they are so white! Would recommend 10/10!

Highly recommend! Kind staff and great prices, did this through Groupon. I’ve only had one laser hair removal session about a week ago already seeing results! :)

Firstly, false advertising. On Groupon, it says $275 to $59. (See attached) But when I went to the store, the original price was $65 not $275. I only saved $6 after all. Secondly, my teeth didn’t get any whiter at all. They didn’t even explain what products they will be using or nothing. All they did was to give me a mouth tray to put it in my mouth, which I could have done it at home. When I was about to leave this place, they offered me for $50 if I book for the next session now. Where was $275?? No thanks. Double NO from me.
