Not over crowded in the afternoon. Has two parkings, one large one at the top and one small one at the bottom.
Excellent views of the lake and the oyster farm. Parking at both end of the trail. Can spot some stingray and crabs on low tide too.
A must-do in Merimbula. The boardwalk is just over 1.7km long with a lot of bird life along its length. Good for fishing, too. There is a coffee shop at the far end, but it is currently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic (October 2020)
Nice relax walk along the side of the Lake. Not hand rails, but still okay to walk through. but careful with Kids. There are few sitting areas to relax . Small parking slots and toilet facilities available.
Spectacular boardwalk. Runs along coast line. Benches along the way. Highly recommend.
