The sales agent I've worked with here was amazing and very helpful and we were really keen to buy our vehicle here. Unfortunately, the guy looking after financing was quite rude and threatening, hence we looked elsewhere.
Sales Team are great, very helpful and always got back to me promptly. bloke in the finance team - very pushy, delayed sending invoice to my financier, very unfriendly when I told him I was using someone else.
Helpful staff. Knowledgeable about their cars. Honest and up front about availability of stock. Good test drive options, with vehicles there to drive (not all dealers I tried had a demonstrationcar for the model I was looking at).
Fabulous dealership. All staff were so friendly and informed. I actually phoned a number of dealers but chose Roseville because they were positve and welcoming from the very first call. We drove away our new Kia Seltos and could not be happier! And it's Mars orange, very cool.
Over-priced servicing for a cheap car. Don’t let these guys fool you as they did me: you are not required to have your car serviced by a Kia service centre in order to maintain Kia’s 7 year warranty. You’re better off with your own reputable mechanic. Will never return to these people.
