I took an 8 or 9 year old mtb for some repairs. I was told that they can take a look and see what they can do. If they told me a week or so later that it is to hard to find spares for the bike, fair enough. Unfortunately I had to follow up every week for almost a month. I got the impression that everytime I phoned they would jump and focus on the bike for a bit and then forget about it. I was really hoping to get better service than that, even if the bike didn't get fixed.
Thanks very much to Rick and his team for the fabulous e bikes and great service and assistance. We will be long term customers.

Cant say enough about the great service from Col at the fixed wheel! Col was lucky to witness my massive gear failure in Bowral on a Saturday morning. Not only did Col assist me to my feet he put the chain back on and diagnosed the rear derailleur as bent and organised to take it to directly to the fixed wheel for repair by Pete. Col also dropped me home and offered to pump the tyres up on my second roadie and get me back on the road. Unfortunatey this bike hadn't been ridden for a year and needed first aid too. Not a worry - he is taking to the fixed wheel for repair as well! What awesome service. The fixed wheel is lucky to have guys like this.
I got the best service from Cole. Helped immediately and made it so pleasant I couldn't help but spend money and then pointed me to a great bike track for my kid. Big thumbs up.
