I found the experience not to my standard - the facial wasn’t explained as what was being placed on my face , last time I checked pulling of hair and flicking my hair was not part of my facial and banging of my head has no relevance to a relaxing time . She had no consideration as to my needs as using organic facial scrubs and cream considering I have a chronic skin condition. Just lucky she didn’t use latex gloves at all. Plus I found my beautician rude and a beautician needs to be friendly and welcoming to the service she is providing for her clients. Anonymous
The worst experience I have ever had. She was extremely rude. Had zero care in the job she was doing. I had an eyebrow wax and eyelash tint, my eyebrows were uneven and patchy I had to go somewhere else straight after as I could not walk around looking like that. When she did my eyelashes she was so rough and got the dye in my eyes. The entire time I was there she made me feel very unwanted, when I first got there I even asked her if she wanted me to leave that's how rude she was. Never again!
