Now this is a gym unlike any other! From the moment you walk through the door, you cannot help but be impressed. The extremely clean, open space has start of the art equipment and for me, the biggest selling point is the exceptional care and knowledge of all the staff.
What a champ! Mark O'Brien is a wealth of knowledge about the body and what gets you out of bed in the morning. Highly recommend his services.
A completely different type of Gym to what I've been used to. Much more thought goes into the planning and programming than I've ever seen before. Fit Plus Well has really helped me recover from injuries and improve my fitness.
I love this gym because of fantastic environment and on the top Mark, Joey & Elisa are extremely professional, experienced & committed trainers around. . I love their personal training programs and group classes. Mark is very caring and helped me to achieve my goals so far. He makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. Highly recommended for personal training :-)
I can’t fault this gym. The space, the team and the equipment are first class! Mark is a fantastic trainer who really knows his stuff. My program is tailored to me and always well thought out and directed at meeting my goals. He’s also just a lovely guy who really cares about his clients and wants to see them hit their fitness goals. The other staff at the gym are also lovely and the gym has a great vibe.
